Parking and Transportation:
Numerous parking garages and surface lots are located
within 4 blocks of the stadium. Rates typically vary
according to distance from the park. Mass transit is
also available to the ballpark via the St. Louis light
rail system, Metrolink. The Stadium station is located
just east of the ballpark on 8th Street. Fares are $2
each way or $4.50 for a one-day pass.
Area:
Busch Stadium is located in downtown St. Louis near
the intersection of Interstate 64 and Interstate 55.
Numerous hotels, bars and restaurants are located nearby
and the area becomes a "sea of red" on game
days. Currently under construction is the Ballpark Village,
which will be a mixed-use residential, retail and entertainment
area built on the site of the former Busch Stadium adjacent
to the current ballpark.
