When Do 2008 MLB Single Game Tickets Go On Sale?

The answer is... it varies by team. Some teams have already begun selling all single game tickets, for all sections, for the entire season. Some others are only selling mini season ticket plans, ticket packages or single game tickets only for special dates, ballpark areas or group sales. All teams are expected to begin selling single game tickets no later than March 9th, 2008. Here is a list of the current status of ticket sales for each MLB team with links to the ticketing area of their websites (dates and times subject to change, all times local unless noted):

Atlanta Braves- Flex plans (minimum 9 games) and 4 game packs are now available. Single game tickets will go on sale March 1.

Arizona Diamondbacks- Partial season ticket plans are on sale now (minimum 28 games). Single game tickets will go on sale March 1.

Baltimore Orioles- All tickets are on sale now.

Boston Red Sox- Single game tickets are on sale now for most games.

Chicago Cubs- 9 game packs are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale February 22 at 10:00 AM CST.

Chicago White Sox- Partial season ticket packages (minimum 27 games) and 13 game ticket packages are on sale now. Single game tickets will go on sale February 15 at 10:00 AM CST.

Cincinnati Reds- Partial season ticket and flex packages (minimum 13 games) are on sale now. Single game tickets will go on sale on either the last weekend in February or the first weekend in March (the exact date has not yet been determined).

Cleveland Indians- Mini season ticket plans (minimum 20 games) and 6 game ticket packs are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale March 1 at 10:00 AM EST.

Colorado Rockies- Mini season ticket plans (minimum 20 games), opening weekend 2 packs, and Silver Slugger Seniors Fan Club 6 game ticket packs are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale February 16 at 10:00 AM MST.

Detroit Tigers- Partial season ticket plans (minimum 27 games) and 5 game champions suite packages are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale March 1.

Florida Marlins- Mini season ticket plans are on sale now (minimum 10 games). Single game tickets will go on sale February 9 at 10:00 AM EST.

Houston Astros- Mini season ticket plans on sale now (minimum 10 games). Single game tickets will go on sale February 15.

Kansas City Royals- Mini season ticket plans are on sale now (minimum 13 games). Single game tickets will go on sale March 8 at 9:00 AM CST.

Los Angeles Dodgers- Mini season ticket plans are on sale now (minimum 12 games). Single game tickets will go on sale March 1.

Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim- Mini-season ticket plans on sale now (minimum 11 games). Single game tickets will go on sale March 1 at 9:00 AM PST.

Milwaukee Brewers- 9 and 20 game packs are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale February 23.

Minnesota Twins- All tickets are on sale now.

New York Mets- Mini season ticket plans (minimum 13 games), 7 game packs, 5 game value packs and a limited number of single game $5 Upper Reserved tickets are currently on sale. All other single game tickets will go on sale in early March (the exact date has not yet been determined).

New York Yankees- Mini season ticket plans (minimum 8 games) and 11 game flex packs are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale February 29 at 9:00 AM PST.

Oakland Athletics- All tickets are on sale now.

Philadelphia Phillies- Mini season ticket plans (minimum 14 games) and 6 game ticket packs are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale February 21.

Pittsburgh Pirates- Mini season ticket plans (minimum 20 games) and 8 game ticket packs are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale March 8.

San Diego Padres- Mini season ticket plans (minimum 20 games) and 13 game flex packs are currently on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale March 1 at 9:00 AM PST.

San Francisco Giants- 6 Pack multi-game ticket plans are on sale now. Single game tickets will go on sale March 8.

Seattle Mariners- Mini season ticket plans (minimum 16 games), 6 game ticket packs and single game suites are currently on sale. All other single game tickets will go on sale March 1 at 10:00 AM PST.

St. Louis Cardinals- Multi-game ticket packs (minimum 5 games) and all-inclusive area single game tickets are currently on sale. All other single game tickets will go on sale February 29 at 9:00 AM CST.

Tampa Bay Rays- Partial season ticket plans (minimum 10 games) and single game suites are on sale now. All other single game tickets will go on sale February 23.

Texas Rangers- Partial and mini season ticket plans (minimum 10 games) are on sale now. Single game tickets will go on sale March 7.

Toronto Blue Jays- 10, 15 and 20 game flex packs are on sale now. Single game tickets will go on sale February 15 at 10:00 AM EST.
